Choose a specific task you want to do today, which may be a paper to answer or a work report. Set a 25 minute timer, turn off all communication devices (such as mobile phones and computers set to focus mode) and then devote yourself to the current work. Even if there is a reminder on your phone, don't check it. Nothing is urgent enough for you to check it immediately. If it is really urgent, the other party will definitely call you. Hang in there, and you will find that 25 minutes is not difficult. You have actually made a lot of progress in 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, set a 5 minute timer, take a break, do what you wanted to do before, and then repeat. When the cycle exceeds 4 times, reward yourself with a break time of 5 minutes or longer.
